Package: rhythmbox-0.13.2-1.fc14 Architecture: i686 OS Release: Fedora release 14 (Laughlin) How to reproduce ----- 1. While using Audacious, I noticed that the software update icon in the panel indicated that an update was available for Audacious. I then closed Audacious and proceeded to download and install that update plus one other (I can't remember what it was). 2. When the update finished I started Audacious, but found that it would no longer work. I then used the software manager to remove Audacious. I intended to later reinstall it to see if that fixed the problem. 3. I then started Rhythmbox, and experienced the crash of that application which prompted this Bugzilla report. Comment ----- Both Audacious and Rhythmbox were working previous to the install of the Audacious upgrade, so my suspicion is that would probably be a good place to start to look for the source of the problem. :-)
Found that Rhythmbox crashes when importing .m3u playlist. Same as repoorted by Evan (Comment 6). Have re-installed Audacious 2.4.3. Still not working. Error says "No decoder found" (for mp3 filename) when trying to play mp3 files. MP3 decoder works for Rhythmbox, which plays mp3 okay, only problem there is with m3u playlist files. Maybe I should raise a separate bugzilla report for the Audacious problem?
