How to reproduce
-----
1.cutting files from Internal storage drive/ paste into external Sony/Ericssen telephone
2.Many separate file actions (@7-10)
3.Crash closed all ongoing file actions, but maybe they completed just without removing the cut files. Not trusting the file info, I cut and pasted remining files again.
