Description of problem: The JSVC executable seems to crash when using the JVM provided by Fedora 14. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Run JSVC against a class that implements the Daemon interface. 2. 3. Actual results: JVM crashes, gives weird backtrace. Expected results: JVM should start the program. Additional info: commons-daemon-1.0.5 compiled from source seems to work correctly. jvm in use is from this rpm: java-1.6.0-openjdk-1.6.0.0-49.1.9.3.fc14.x86_64

Thank you for reporting this issue. There is a workaround. When you set LD_LIBRARY_PATH to *any* string that contains slash ("/") it will work. I'll make sure to fix this in next release.
