Description of problem:
When run /mnt/tests/kernel/networking/ndnc tests, This will configure netdump to dump across the network. Then manually initiate a Alt+SysRq+C to crash the system,
kernel panic appears.

2.6.9-96.ELsmp

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.run /mnt/tests/kernel/networking/ndnc tests
2.run "echo 1 > /proc/sys/kernel/sysrq" and "echo c > /proc/sysrq-trigger" to crash the system.
