Currently -java subpackage contains only protobuf-2.3.0.jar file. According to previous guidelines versionless symlink should have been provided. Current gudelines go even further: no versioned jar file should exist. Please install only protobuf.jar.

Hmm, bugzilla commandline failed me somehow...I wrote that I hope you won't mind if I fix this bug together with bug #669345

Fixed in rawhide. http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=2718945

I'll leave it up to you if you want to push to f14(13) too...

I pushed it into the F-14 repo (it didn't apply cleanly against F-13 and I don't have time to look at it now) and threw it to koji: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=2748889

I'm not sure if we want to submit it as an update, though.

(Just kidding: turns out some maven dep is only in rawhide. Can't push it.)
