Yeah, this commit is in my backport tree and working properly. I'll be posting momentarily

This fix is approved and planned for inclusion in snapshot 3.
Test item as below(RH6.1RC2 kernel 2.6.32-131.0.13.el6.ppc64): 1. speed link change from 1G to 100HD, 100FD, 10HD and 10HD. => pass 2. Flow control test => pass 3. MTU set to 9000 and ping -s 15000 => pass 4. nerperf UDP throughput test with speed 1G, 100M and 10M => Pass
