Description of problem: Fedora packaging seems to have built a dependency for Presenter view to always be enabled. On other platforms this is not a dependency. This is causeing problems for OpenLP in Fedora and also for myself as a user as I do not want the presenter view popping up all the time. That's because Fedora's rpm doesn't support Suggests tag (or some variant of it). > Ability to either not install Presenter view or turn it off. You can force the presentation to be run on all monitors by setting Slide Show->Slide Show Settings->Presentation display to "All displays".
