Description of problem:
Fedora packaging seems to have built a dependency for Presenter view to always be enabled.  On other platforms this is not a dependency.  This is causeing problems for OpenLP in Fedora and also for myself as a user as I do not want the presenter view popping up all the time.

That's because Fedora's rpm doesn't support Suggests tag (or some variant of it).

You can force the presentation to be run on all monitors by setting Slide Show->Slide Show Settings->Presentation display to "All displays".
