Opened Applications->Others->Operating System Upgrade 2. Got 5 step window in backgroud and a widget in forgroud which told me that "Cannot get operating system upgrade information" 3. Close button did not worked (Consider this part of bug and needs FIX) 4. When I prese cross on top right corner application crashed. Ping me if more information is required.
