Description of problem:
Not too long ago gdm started showing an expanded list of accounts in the login screen. This used to be a much smaller list, but now it looks like any account with a uid of 500 or more is being shown. I don't think it makes sense to show accounts with /sbin/nologin as their shell as those aren't going to be able to login anyway.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle.
Changing version to '19'.

(As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 19 development

Accountsservice is filtering out users with /sbin/nologin nowadays
