Description of problem: In "Installation Guide" in "3.2. Multiple Satellite Horizontally Tiered Topology" we state: > It is possible to synchronize content between RHN Satellites using > the rhn-satellite-exporter and satellite-sync -m commands. But we can also use Inter Satellite Sync 2 feature for this topology if I understand the stuff correctly, so it should be mentioned as it is much more flexible than rhn-satellite-exporter + satellite-sync. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): RHN Satellite 5.4.0 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Take a look at: https://<satellite_fqdn>/rhn/help/satellite/en-US/s1-example-topologies-twoserver.jsp Actual results: Only rhn-satellite-exporter + satellite-sync mentioned. Expected results: ISS2 should be mentioned as well.
<para> It is possible to synchronize content between RHN Satellites using the <command>rhn-satellite-exporter</command> and <command>satellite-sync -m</command> commands. This feature is discussed in detail in <xref linkend="sect-Installation_Guide-Exporting_with_RHNSE-rhn_satellite_exporter" />. Alternatively, the Inter-Satellite Sync 2 feature is designed for this purpose. </para> Updated in revision 1-32. LKB
