Description of Problem: Satellite install fails at Cert screen and returns an
error prompting user to examine /var/log/satinstall. This is the error:

    perl-Frontier-RPC-0.06-28.i  Retrieved.
    The package perl-Frontier-RPC-0.06-28 does not have a GPG signature.
     Aborting...

Over to Chip to sign the package to see if that will fix it.

Fixed by signing packages and performing a ground-up rebuild of the satellite  -
closing.
