Description of problem:
the ntp daemon crash regularly

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.2.2p1

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start ntpd
2. wait for several hours
3. the ntpd daemon crash
  
Actual results:
it crash

Expected results:
it should not crash as it s our principal ntp server

Additional info:
in the messages log file i got the following messages:

ntpd.log:25 Jan 14:37:02 ntpd[22540]: Exiting: No more memory!

there s a lot of unused swap space in the machine
and the memory is filled with disk page block
then there s a lot of free mamoty
