How reproducible:

every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. set locale to ur_PK, run subscription-manager-gui
2. zebra stripe background separators are not reversed for RTL

this is apparently a GTK (or pygtk) bug. marking as WONTFIX, and I'll put a bug in against pygtk.
