Capture of greyed out radio button

Description of problem:
The problem can be found in the "Manage Certificates" applet of the DS console, under the Server Certs tab. Even though the server has a CA Certificate installed, the "Request certificate from the following Certificate Authority (CA)" radio button remains greyed out.

1.Attempt to request a certificate from a Certificate Authority

Actual results:
Not able to request a server certificate

Expected results:
Automatic certificate requests. The admin shoulf not have to manually request a certificate
