Description of problem: Gnome-do has problems displaying the most recent application icons Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): gnome-do-0.8.3.1-2.fc14.i686 How reproducible: Sporadic Steps to Reproduce: 1. Close gnome-do 2. Use the menu editor (alacart) to add a shortcut to a shell script 3. Change the default launcher icon to something else 4. Close the menu editor 5. Start gnome-do 6. Try to launch your application via gnome-do Actual results: Sometimes the default icon is displayed (launcher spring). For a while I had no icon displaying at all. Eventually it seems like the icon displayed might be the right one. Expected results: Every time you change the icon and close alacart, upon restarting gnome-do the current icon should be displayed. Additional info: I have not tried to log-out of the desktop and log back in, but that should not be required for gnome-do to pick up the current icon.
This should be fixed in rawhide with GNOME Do 0.9 - hopefully we can backport the fix to release branches soon.
