Description of problem:

Follow up patch to pick up the latest fixes from upstream xhci that were posted after the backport for 6.1.

Just a collection of needed fixes for suspend-resume.  Based on follow up work of bz 591794 591796 591797 624615 637237.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion
in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release. Product Management has 
requested further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed 
products. This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update release.
