Description of problem:

Templates: no packages selected after editing and adding packages

Recreate:
1. create a template, add a package group "base"
2. save the template
3. click on the template again, notice the packages are listed in the template
4. add another package group like "java"
5. save the template

Click on the template one last time, and click edit to view the details of the template.

***Notice*** no packages are listed in the template.

Bug was found in a src build from
commit 70526a6f9b3b51e54c581f35410f255c3749a987

I think this bug was fixed in a redmine task.. have to confirm

1. added Base group, save
2. added Java group, save
Navigate back to template and check packages..
