Description of problem:

Summary says it all and a picture says more than a thousand word rights ;)

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. The clock went out of sync when I ran s-c-d and set to ntp 
2. ( It did show correct time before I started testing s-c-d )

Persists still with gnome-shell-2.91.91-1.fc15 and system-config-date-1.9.61-2.fc15
