Apologies for the large delay on this. Are you sure the .odt file is a valid gLabels project file, and not an ODT document? While gLabels definitely shouldn't crash, it also cannot open ODT documents (Instead, try opening them with something like AbiWord, Calligra Words, or LibreOffice Writer) Thanks.

Hi, David. It has been almost two months since I requested confirmation of this bug from you, and a week since my last such request, but have not received any feedback. I am therefore closing this bug as CANTFIX; and I can only hope that this problem no longer affects you. If this issue does persist (and you're sure that the .odt file in question is a valid glabels project file), please reopen this bug with further details. (As mentioned in the previous comment, posting a sample of such a file would be very helpful.)
