Maithili is one of the 22 languages scheduled in the constitution of India. About 40 Million people speak the language. I had a look at iso-codes 639-1 and 639-3 standard and according to that language code should be bho.

This package has changed ownership in the Fedora Package Database. Reassigning to the new owner of this component.
Did corrections and reported in upstream as well.
