Description David Le Sage 2011-02-15 23:29:32 UTC
Description of problem:
When I run yum update there is a dependency problem at present. It seems to have been introduced with the updates that became available on Feb 15th.

How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum update.

Actual results:
Resolving Dependencies
--> Running transaction check
---> Package freetds.x86_64 0:0.82-6.fc12 will be updated
--> Processing Dependency: libtds-0.82.so()(64bit) for package: 3:koffice-kexi-2.2.2-4.fc14.1.x86_64
---> Package freetds.x86_64 0:0.82.1-0.2.20100810dev.fc14 will be an update
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Packages skipped because of dependency problems:
    freetds-0.82.1-0.2.20100810dev.fc14.x86_64 from updates-testing

Expected results:
yum update should pull down and install latest versions from repo without any problems.

Comment 2 Dmitry Butskoy 2011-02-17 15:59:50 UTC
It seems koffice is the only package which depends on freetds's libtds library.

Koffice should be rebuild against the new freetds already available in updates-testing (f13,f14,f15).
