Description of problem:
Two headers files which appear to have been introduced in later versions of db3
are missing from the db3-devel package.  These are
/usr/include/db3/cxx_common.h
/usr/include/db3/cxx_except.h

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to build a C++ program using the db3_cxx.h interface to db3.


Actual Results:  Reports missing header files.

Additional info:

I will attach a patch which fixes the spec file.

This is fixed in the 8.0 packages.
