Description of problem:

The EJB3 MDB JMX MBean of JBoss AS5 server exposes the invocation statistics of the beans but we do not expose that as a metric, only as an operation.

The calltime metric should be defined (as it is for other types EJB3 beans) so that it can be alerted on.
