Description of problem:

Receiving an error message while submitting the support case. Screen shot of the same is attached.

How reproducible:
Frequent

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to access.redhat.com
2.Click on support
3.Create a case. Fill info submit
  
Actual results:
Support Subscription Required
