BTW, the symptom I see is a constantly flashing login prompt. It seems that if I hit ctrl+backspace a few times, it reload gdm and will eventually correct the problem so I can login.

No, this is caused by my latest accountsservice update.
Updating to accountsservice-0.6.4-3.fc15.x86_64 fixed the issue by me.
Package accountsservice-0.6.4-3.fc15: * should fix your issue, * was pushed to the Fedora 15 updates-testing repository, * should be available at your local mirror within two days. Update it with: # su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing accountsservice-0.6.4-3.fc15' as soon as you are able to, then reboot. Please go to the following url: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/accountsservice-0.6.4-3.fc15 then log in and leave karma (feedback).
