Description of problem:
upstream commit 89bf67f1f080c947c92f8773482d9e57767ca292 updated all the network drivers to use vzalloc[_node] to avoid needed an additional memset in various places.  This patch tracks the inclusion of said vzalloc code to aid in driver backporting

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.
