Description of problem:

recreate:
1. create a provider  for ec2
2. create a provider account for ec2
3. navigate to the hardware profiles page.. 

conductor/admin/hardware_profiles

no hardware profiles listed.

this is a blocker because you can not start an instance w/o hardware profiles ;)

hardware profile are now created manually.. this is not a bug, its a new feature
