Attempting to stop the ipa services with ipactl as a non-root user results in sssd-be segmentation fault

verified following steps above - and got an error message, but no seg fault.
# su testuserqa -c 'ipactl stop'
You must be root to run ipactl.

ipa-client-2.0.0-20.el6.x86_64
