Description of problem:
The libofx fails to detect a UTF-encoded OFX file.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
libofx-0.9.1-2.fc12.x86_64


Actual results:
Garbled characters when importing the OFX file into GnuCash

Expected results:
The libofx can detect a UTF-8-encoded OFX file and process it successfully.

There is already a Bug request on the Project Page with a working Patch at:

Ah, this is already fixed in 0.9.2, but not noted in the changelog.
