Description of problem: Recreate: 1. create a template and build - notice the status 2. create another template and build 3. the template stays in a "created" status until moving to " building " the status should be "created" -> "queued" (if needed) -> building -> complete I think "created" should also be changed to something else.. like "started", created is just confusing because that indicates that the template may be ready for use.
