Trying workaround with disable_hw_scan=1, see bug 688252.
disable_hw_scan=1 helps: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=688252#c8
There is an upstream NetworkManager bug relating to this: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=644551
We can fix this in firmware but have driver workaround handled in bug 688252.
