Description of problem:
On a brand new Fedora 15 alpha (up-to-date), if one press alt+f2 and ask for nautilus two window of nautilus are launched.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
# rpm -q nautilus
nautilus-2.91.90.1-1.fc15.x86_64
# rpm -q gnome-shell
gnome-shell-2.91.91-1.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. alt+f2
2. nautilus
3.
  
Actual results:
2 nautilus window starts

Expected results:
only 1 window start

Same problem with any command like firefox, evolution, gnome-terminal...

Indeed, I have the same issue on Firefox and guake.

I renamed the bug to fit more the problem
