Description Aron Parsons 2011-03-10 00:33:38 UTC
Description of problem:
On a fresh F15 alpha install, NetworkManager can't store wireless passwords in the GNOME keyring. Inspecting the keyring with seahorse, there doesn't seem to be a keyring available to store it in.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-keyring-2.91.91-1.fc15.x86_64
gnome-keyring-pam-2.91.91-1.fc15.x86_64
gnome-python2-gnomekeyring-2.32.0-1.fc14.x86_64
libgnome-keyring-2.32.0-2.fc15.x86_64
NetworkManager-0.8.2-8.git20101117.fc15.x86_64
NetworkManager-glib-0.8.2-8.git20101117.fc15.x86_64
NetworkManager-gnome-0.8.2-8.git20101117.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. connect to wireless network
2. enter password for network
3.

Actual results:
password isn't saved in keyring, prompted on every connect

Expected results:
password should be saved in the keyring and not prompt on each connection

Additional info:
from .xsession-errors when editing a wireless connection and adding the password:
