Description of problem: Need to backport the common vpd commits from these upstream commits: 4067a8541d397e9d6b443dd2ce0ecb78bfd991db e1d5bdabb94da89bdb3c3f2ee105cf61fca88ec8 b55ac1b22690d2e5b02a61cf6d69c2d66969c79d 7ad506fa1adc2da3d394c562f09b8e1b3026c402 a2ce766238f72ff7337606c0bc96803c30c9e05c They are common to getting tg3 and bnx2 and usefull in reducing duplicated code in their vpd managment.

These bits are necessary for a number of 5.7 network driver updates, flag bz accordingly.

yeah, then everything is fine, it just means that particular card does have vpd that can be read. This change doesn't 'fix' anything explicitly, it just makes backporting upstream code easier as we move forward. You should just mark this as SanityOnly or some such.
