Created attachment 483625 [details] screenshot showing the lack of sync between map and associated menus Description of problem: When I click on the map in the 'Date and Time' control panel, the corresponding drop down boxes below don't change to reflect the newly selected timezone. If I change the timezone and reboot, the settings are in sync, though. I have attached a screenshot showing the lack of sync between the dropdowns and the map. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): system-config-date-1.9.61-2.fc15.noarch How reproducible: Every time. I've tried this across several reboots but only on one machine Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the 'Date and Time' Control panel in gnome3 2. Unlock the controls 3. Click on a different timezone in the map Actual results: The timezone information in the dropdown boxes below the map do not change. Expected results: The timezone information in the dropdown boxes below the map do change to reflect the newly selected timezone. Additional info: I am also seeing the following but I do not know if they are related: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=680757 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=684041 Hardware: http://www.smolts.org/client/show/pub_482d7a89-c594-4414-8a67-5f2faed4fc04
This is not system-config-date, but the gnome control center date/time "panel". Changing component.
