Description of problem:
After syncing a RHEL channel, the errata emails sent out from RHN Satellite v5.4 shows affected systems multiple times.

Red Hat Network Satellite v5.4

How reproducible:
Not Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register few systems (not fully patched) on same release and arch on RHN Satellite
2. Sync the rhel channels so that there are more errata's & updates available on RHN Satellite
3. Check for the errata email alerts sent by RHN Satellite
  
Actual results:
Affected systems are displayed multiple times

Expected results:
There shouldn't be any duplicate entries in the list of affected systems

Additional info:
This issue is not seen for all errata's but most of the errata's do have multiple systems listed in it.
