The same issue on Fedora 14 x86_64, I've noticed this after KDE 4.6.1 updates has been pushed. In my case this happen only if I run Virt-manager, I guess because it uses PolicyKit.

It seems there has been recent info about this issue there: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=258916 It seems that it may have been very recently fixed upstream.
