This has already been updated and commited last week for zh_TW.

The latest zh-CN.po file has been committed to the server and we are waiting
for next round of QA.

Since RHEL 6.1 External Beta has begun, and this bug remains
unresolved, it has been rejected as it is not proposed as
exception or blocker.
