Description of problem:

Allow changing Sort number for multiple cases at once. Both possibility to set same sort number for selscted/all cases and possibility to recalculate sort number for selected/all cases is welcome.

Note that almost all other attributes (status, default tester, priority) can be set this way ATM. But Sort numbers can't be changed this way now. Please add this functionality.

This bug has been fixed. Button of 'Set Sort Key' is added under 'Case' tab.Please verify in Version 3.8.0

Verify 3.8.0-1 on stage -->PASS

Verify steps:
1.Enter a plan, choose some cases
2.Click button of 'Set Sort Key' is added under 'Case' tab

Actual result:
Cases were set same sort value.
