Description of problem:

Video: AMD Radeon HD5670 [1002:68d8] (DisplayPort + HDMI + DVI (I think a DVI2VGA might work)

DisplayPort: cannot test (monitor lacks input)
HDMI: works for the native resolution (1920x1200), did not test other resolutions.
VGA: did not test.

Tested with DVI only (Samsung T260) :

Change resolution to:

1600x1200
 * the "taskbar" does not resize, krandr tray icon is not reachabe,
   nor is executing it again (auto "systray")

1680x1050
 * the "taskbar" does not resize, krandr tray icon is not reachabe,
   nor is executing it again (auto "systray")

1280x1024
 * the "taskbar" does not resize, krandr tray icon is not reachabe,
   nor is executing it again (auto "systray")

1440x900
 * the "taskbar" does not resize, krandr tray icon is not reachabe,
   nor is executing it again (auto "systray")

1280x960
 * the "taskbar" does not resize, krandr tray icon is not reachabe,

Actual results:
sometimes in some resolutions, the screen is corrupted permanently.
allways the "taskbar" is not resized and it is not possible to
change back resolution. (or there is another way, but not with krandrtray)

Expected results:
change resolutions normall

Got the 'half-upper-part black' issue.

SHIFT+ALT+F12 (disable desktop effects) solves it. (!)
So the half-black-screen-corruption is due to
desktop effects (opengl renderer tested)

The taskbar is not automatically resized, this MAY be a another
problem if a very low resolution is selected:
* you cannot load krandrtray again, since it is systraidized.
* you cannot reach the icon because it is out of the screen

I really tink that the taskbar must be resized when changing 
resolutions.

The issue still exists. It happens sometimes and sometimes not.
SHIFT+ALT+F12 (Disable Desktop Effects) restores the screen if needed.

This bug-report can be closed, since F15 is probabbly EOL by now.
The issue is not present in F17.
