The translate hook has also been updated to set the gridresource based upon which gahp exists.  If the ec2_gahp exists, that is the one that will be used.

set_gridresource has been removed and the translate hook dynamically uses the available gahp (amazon_gahp or ec2_gahp).

Verified on RHEL5.6, RHEL6.1 (>=20110512 nighly):
condor-ec2-enhanced-hooks-1.2-1 (noarch package).
