It issues on RHEL5 kernel 2.6.18-249.el5 Userspace tool dropwatch-1.2-2.el5.x86_64 http://download.devel.redhat.com/brewroot//packages/dropwatch/1.2/2.el5/x86_64/dropwatch-1.2-2.el5.x86_64.rpm
Need to backport 4b706372f18de53970e4c6887a96459590fef80a for the kernel and aee88adf67b8f19977dd8d5bca70f2bc9e4d1c64 to dropwatch.

Note, I'm using this to fix the kernel, dropwatch will also need an update before this works. I'm tracking that in bz 769895
