The crash happens in the HP scanner backend. I've packaged the new upstream version 1.0.22 of sane-backends https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/sane-backends-1.0.22-1.fc14 Would you please check if you get this crash with the updated version? Thanks.
The sane-backends version 1.0.22 doesn't work. I opened the bug 694573 wjth the new backtrace.
