Several drivers would like ethtool support for hw directed rxhash computation.  This bug tracks the inclusion of that feature from commit b00fabb4020d17bda4bea59507e09fadf573088d

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion
in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release. Product Management has 
requested further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed 
products. This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update release.

This doesn't enable the feature in every driver, only provides the infrastructure for it.  Individual drivers nstill need to be updated with support for thsi feature
