Description of problem:
Current Fedora version of Module::ScanDeps is too old. Upgrade to 1.01 or newer. This is required by other modules.

* was pushed to the Fedora 15 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to.
