Description dpw818 2011-03-28 22:22:01 UTC
abrt version: 1.1.17
architecture: i686
Attached file: backtrace, 17346 bytes
cmdline: nm-applet --sm-disable
component: NetworkManager
Attached file: coredump, 13959168 bytes
crash_function: _dbus_abort
executable: /usr/bin/nm-applet
kernel: 2.6.35.11-83.fc14.i686.PAE
package: NetworkManager-gnome-1:0.8.3.998-2.fc14
rating: 4
reason: Process /usr/bin/nm-applet was killed by signal 6 (SIGABRT)
release: Fedora release 14 (Laughlin)
How to reproduce: 1. Heres's what I believecaused this: My network connection attempted to connect, automatically, to a Wifi network that required encryption authentication. As such, the dialog box with passport prompt came up. Rather than hitting "cancel" and trying to reconnect to a Wifi network with no authentication, I clocked on the 'bars' in the panel and just slected the unsecured Wifi network. Right after this, I received the crash notice.
