This package has changed ownership in the Fedora Package Database.  Reassigning to the new owner of this component.

Cannot reproduce this.  'old_local' is set and there's just one place where we do this, together with shutil.copy2()ing old repomd.xml.  Something must have unlinked '/var/tmp/yum-bsfmig-2GTKDO/x86_64/15/rawhide-debuginfo/repomd.xml.old.tmp' behind our back, so Yum couldn't revert.
