Description of problem:
Running man ipa-server-install gives a set of options that doesn't the list given when running ipa-server-install --help

1.man ipa-server-install, and see the available options
2.ipa-server-install --help, and see the available options

Since RHEL 6.1 External Beta has begun, and this bug remains
unresolved, it has been rejected as it is not proposed as
exception or blocker.

Red Hat invites you to ask your support representative to
propose this request, if appropriate and relevant, in the
next release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

Verifed man page and help option match for ipa-server-install, using - ipa-server-2.1.3-4.el6.x86_64
