   polling server every 1024 s

Change word synchronise, synchronised to synchronize, synchronized in ntpstat output and the man page for ntpstat

Dictionary says it can be spelled both synchronise and synchronize. Changing the spelling might break scripts that parse the output, closing as NOTABUG.
