Description of problem:
After bug 692469 was addressed, replica install moved ahead, but doesn't complete.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ipa-replica-install -p Secret123 /dev/shm/replica-info-qe-blade-05.testrelm.gpg

  
Actual results:
install hangs


Expected results:
replica should be installed

Since RHEL 6.1 External Beta has begun, and this bug remains
unresolved, it has been rejected as it is not proposed as
exception or blocker.

Red Hat invites you to ask your support representative to
propose this request, if appropriate and relevant, in the
next release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

Can't reproduce with

ipa-server-2.0.0-20.el6.x86_64
389-ds-base-1.2.8.0-2.el6.x86_64
ds-replication-1.2.8.0-1.el6.x86_64

Installed with DNS and dogtag on both MASTER and SLAVE
